Screen Printing
At OCC Apparel, we leverage screen printing, the most popular and cost-effective method of garment decoration, to ensure efficient turnaround times. We have the capability to print any colour combination on any t-shirt colour, across all mediums. Our in-house process involves creating individual screens for each colour in a design, with additional colours and screens increasing the cost. We utilise eco-friendly water-based Magna Colours Inks, which offer superior stretch and hand feel compared to plastisol, and the Australian-made Permaset Inks, known for their eco-friendly and innovative surface coatings
Embroidery
At OCC Apparel, we use state-of-the-art equipment and software to offer various types of embroidery, including applique, free-standing lace, cutwork, cross-stitch, photo stitch, and basic. Our expertise can transform any logo into an embroidered work of art, ensuring that all business needs are fully met. This decoration method is particularly popular for caps and polos.
Relabelling
We provide an in-house relabelling service to add extra value to products. This service allows customers to create a full branded package by adding their logo, website details, or product text to the garment tags. We offer a variety of relabelling options including sew-in, printed inner neck labels, or heat transfers, and work with a range of premium brands suitable for relabelling
Transfers
We use Supacolour Wearable Transfers, which are suitable for a variety of fabrics. This method is versatile and profitable, with the ability to print from anywhere. Supacolour Wearables use a proprietary water-based ink formula providing excellent washability, breathability, and a soft hand feel. Transfers can be applied with any commercial heat press and can handle complex artwork without the need for large minimums

We proudly work with 100% Organic Earth Positive® materials, producing some of the most progressive sustainable clothing on Earth. Our garments, crafted exclusively from organic Indian cotton, are produced in line with the latest version of the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). At OCC Apparel, we offer a myriad of services including local printing on any style of our sustainable garments or bespoke manufacturing at the Earth Positive factory in India.
